The dissection of the cubital fossa:

Cut through the skin on the front of the elbow and try to reflect it. Notice the median cubital vein passing between the cephalic and basilic veins in the roof of the cubital fossa. Identify the boundaries ( brachioradialis laterally and pronator teres medially) and the floor ( brachialis). Then identify the bicipital aponeurosis. Deeper the following structures are found from medial to lateral (the median nerve, the terminal part of the brachial artery and the beginning of the ulnar and radial arteries, the biceps tendon and the radial nerve). Trace the tendon of the biceps insertion into the radial tuberosity.
